The Lorex LIVE SD9 is a plug-and-play wireless security camera system from Lorex that is designed for home and small businesses. It has an indoor wireless range of about 150 feet and an outdoor wireless range of about 450 feet which is fairly decent. It is capable of delivering excellent video surveillance quality.
The Lorex LIVE SD9 comes with 2 wireless security cameras as well as a 9-inch LCD monitor/receiver. In fact, the monitor and receiver itself is capable of accommodating 4 video channels which means you can purchase two additional extra cameras to get a wider coverage. The unit can also be used as a 2-way communication Intercom as the wireless security cameras come equipped with both microphone and speakers which can be useful as you no longer need to personally go near an area to speak to the intruder lurking around your home or place of business.

The Lorex LIVE SD9 Digital Security System is not just intended for wireless monitoring, but for recording as well. The unit records its video feed into a built-in SD card recorder. The recorded videos can be viewed and managed directly on the LCD receiver. The Lorex LIVE SD9 LCD receiver can also be discreetly placed on top of your office table or side tables. Its basic design allows you to conceal it as if it were a digital picture frame.
